Hershey!
Hershey is a miniature dachsund that belonged to Rhett's grandmother. She recently broke some vertebrae in her back and it was becoming harder for her to take care of her dogs and Hershey would jump in her lap, which caused her lots of pain, so she decided to find a good home for little Hershey. How convenient! We were on the lookout for a dog, preferably one that was already potty trained so it was a match made in Heaven. We brought little Hershey home and she fits right in with our family. The kids loved her immediately and she loves them too. She lays in their laps, kisses them all the time, and even cries when they're napping. She is really the sweetest dog ever!
P.S. - Truett calls her "Pershey." Not sure why, because he can say "Hershey" just fine. So now we all get confused and end up calling her Pershey, hehe.
